Powergroup Party Like it's 1995
On Friday 21st May 2010 employees, clients, suppliers, ex-staff and friends came together for a wonderful celebration of Powergroup's achievements in the fifteen years since starting business. As the evening sun set over Woburn's famous Sculpture Gallery guests arrived and enjoyed champagne and canapés on the Gallery terrace while admiring the beautiful surroundings.
One hundred and eighty guests arrived in their finery for the glitzy, black tie event which not only marked Powergroup's fifteen years in business but also served to celebrate the company's achievements over the years. A photographer was on hand capturing the occasion and to also give every guest the gift of a photographic portrait to remember the evening (in case they enjoyed the wine too much).
After canapés on the terrace and an excellent three course dinner, Powergroup's Chairman - Dennis Silverton gave a warm speech that recalled the early years at Powergroup and looked forward to the future and the next fifteen years with Powergroup.
A special birthday party a cake was cut and passed out amongst the guests.
After dinner and speeches a live band played into the night as guests retired to the bar or enjoyed a beautiful May evening on the terrace amongst friends.
A good night was had by all. Happy Birthday Powergroup, here's to the next fifteen years.
